 What Does A SMT X-Ray Machine Do? 

SMT X-RAY machine is mainly used to detect the penetration of soldered or mounted components. The short wavelength of X-rays enables the detection of very small defects with high detection accuracy. The main structure of the motion platform, x-ray mechanism, flat detector mechanism, electronic control cabinet, industrial computer and control card.

SMT X-Ray machine can inspect the electronic components on the PCB board for false soldering, bridge connection, back stand, solder shortage, air holes, device leakage, etc. Our machine can also inspect non-surface hidden defects, such as BGA, CSP, circuit board inner layer alignment breakage, air holes, poor molding and so on.
