What's the NeoDen N10P SMT machine Operation Flow Chart?

I. Preparations

1. It is necessary to carry out horizontal correction to prevent the uneven operation of the equipment from damaging the service life of the equipment.

2. Connect and fix the equipment interface, connect and fix the ground wire.

3. The access power must meet the requirements of power identification.

4. No less than 0.6mp air source input and adjust the pressure value to OK.

5. Check if the tape feeders installed tightly or not to avoid any collisions.

6. Check the safety of the working area of the mounting head.

7. The XY transmission parts are not fastened and interfered, and check that the emergency stop switch is in normal state.

II. Turn on the machine to initialize

Turn on the device, it enters the software(File list page) after Head and XY initializing normally, no error report should pop up.

III. Warming up

Perform preheating of each drive shaft before mounting.

V. PCB Production

1. Choosing the file in the File List page, and click Mounting.

2. Make sure components are installed correctly in the feeders and feeders are installed tightly without tilt on the machine.

3. Click Start in the Mounting page to start production.

4. First PCB confirmation: angle, polarity, pickup positions, place positions of the components, and adjust the files' information reasonably.

5. Start production after the solder paste printed on the PCB.

VI. Notes during PCB Production

1. Check if there's any mis-pickups: pickup position, pick height, nozzle options.

2. Set place height correctly. For some special chips, Thickness information is necessary to ensure the chips lifting to the safe height to avoid any collisions.

3. Pause or Stop the production and move the placement head to a proper position to re-full the components when there is no components left in the feeders.

VII. Stop the Production

1. Exit the mounting process after the production finished.

2. Prepare for another job change if other PCB production is needed.

VIII. Turn off the device and clean up

1. Exit the software-> shut down the system ->turn off the power.

2. Tidy up the workplace.
